- God is continuing to provide new and growing contacts with MKs all over the country
- Working with Mission Training International's (MTI) debriefing program, DAR, has been wonderful. It is a challenging and learning experience that I am really enjoying being a part of! (An extra bonus is that all of my expenses related to this are covered by MTI)
- Staff meetings are this week. I know this doesn't sound like fun, but it really is! I love getting together with my Barnabas brothers and sisters and hearing about what has gone on in everyone's lives throughout the past year.
Prayer
- My car is having problems. Thankfully they are fixable, but it is really draining my finances at this time. Aso, my mechanic told me that I should be looking at getting another car within the next year. This one has a lot of life left in it, but he isn't sure I should be relying on it for all the long distance driving I do. (A big concern is the 24 hour round trip through the mountains I will be doing in the fall.)
- That God would provide the finances that I need. I have been able to make up the short-fall with working side jobs during the school year, but the lower monthly budget really limits the campuses I am able to work with on a regular basis.
- On that same line, that the agreements we are working on with a couple of schools for some funding to help with ministering to their MKs, will work out, Lord willing.
- For God to be very present in the new re-entry seminar we are starting up at Cedarville University in Ohio. We are still short at least one staff member and some funding. Please pray for the safety of all of the staff and participants during these 2 weeks and that no matter what happens, the MKs would see Christ's love shining clearly through all of us.
